Customer Service Representative

Duties Include -

  • Answering phones and greeting customers in a professional manner
  • Prepare correspondences as needed
  • Maintain office filing
  • Assist with changes in policies or renewals
  • Perform special projects as assigned

Requirements -

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Working knowledge of commerical insurance terminology and processes
  • **P & C License a Plus**
  • **Bilingual a Plus**
  • Hours: Monday - Friday
